Audio and Visual Needs

In order to assure your audience receives the maximum benefit from the program, the following items should be in place:

  • LCD projector (MINIMUM 1500 lumens)

  • Screen (size depending on room size)

  • Wireless lavaliere microphone

  • Wired audio hookup to run from Scott's computer to your sound system

  • Book signing table at back of room or in foyer next to meeting room

If Scott is doing a workshop or seminar for your group (as opposed to a keynote presentation) the following additional items will be needed:

  • Easel with large pad of paper

  • Wide tip markers, dark color
